研究领域

1. “人类世”背景下的生物多样性维持与保护。通过野外观测、控制实验和高级统计分析等手段,立足生态--进化之间(Eco-Evo)的反馈关系,阐明影响生物多样性和生态系统功能的生物与环境因素,进而探讨如何在“人类世”背景下更好地开展生物多样性保护。 2. 基于个体的生态学模型(Individual-Based Model)。以生物个体为基本单元,显含考虑生物之间的相互影响,通过尺度转移(scaling-up and scaling-down)实现种群、群落和生态系统水平上的特征重现。 3. 转化生态学(Translational Ecology)。
