研究领域
材料物理
主要从事太阳能材料与太阳电池的研究,具体研究方向包括:掺硼p型晶体硅太阳电池的光衰及抑制、高效晶体硅太阳电池譬如TOPcon电池,硅异质结太阳电池譬如低温免掺杂TMO/Si异质结太阳电池,太阳电池器件模拟,低成本高效率新型太阳能材料和新结构太阳电池等的研究。本课题组依托广东省光伏技术重点实验室,且与国内一些知名光伏企业保持良好的合作关系,在太阳能材料和太阳电池制备及测试方面具有良好的实验条件。热忱欢迎有志于从事太阳能材料与太阳电池研究的优秀学子报考本课题组的硕士研究生或博士研究生。本课题组常年招聘博士后和特聘副研究员(专职科研岗,五年聘期,聘期内可竞聘副教授),待遇优厚,有意应聘博士后和特聘副研究员者,请参见 http://muchong.com/t-13638893-1 。热忱欢迎从事太阳能材料与太阳电池研究且具有博士学位的优秀年轻学者加盟,一起推动太阳能材料与太阳电池学科的发展。
