从1996年开始从事金属材料的研究和开发工作;曾经在长沙矿山研究院(1996.7-1998.8),中国科学院金属研究所(1998.9-2004.3),日本国立物质结构材料研究所(NIMS)(2004.4-2006.6),澳大利亚昆士兰大学(2006.7-2009.1),瑞士联邦材料测试与开发研究所(EMPA)(2007.9-2008.4)等世界材料科学及材料加工领域的顶尖大学和研究所从事科学研究工作。教育和工作经历: 1. 1992年9月——1996年6月,(中国)中南大学材料科学与工程学院,材料工程,本科,获学士学位 1992.9--1996.6: School of Materials Science and Engineering, Central South University (China), Majoring in Materials Engineering,

研究领域

主要从事“高性能矿山机械耐磨材料的热处理工艺与技术”、“新一代钢铁材料的制备工艺与强韧化机理”、“超细晶粒钢的组织调控”、“超细晶粒钢在矿山机械耐磨材料领域产业化应用的关键工艺与技术”等研究方向,与中国科学院金属研究所、日本国立物质结构材料研究所和澳大利亚昆士兰大学等国内外著名科研院所进行紧密的科研合作,并就硕士生、博士生进行联合培养。
