研究领域

1、纳米磁性材料&光催化材料(本方向针对最前沿的科学问题设置) a)光化学能转化,制备单分散纳米氧化铁及表面改性,研究光电催化、光降解;二氧化钛石墨烯复合光催化提高对可见光的利用效率、高效太阳能电池等。使用一锅法制备出硫/RGO复合物,发现了纳米硫的量子尺寸效应,纳米硫与RGO之间的C-S/C=S化学键合,复合物具有优异的光电化学和降解染料性能。 b) 稀土永磁纳米双相交换耦合作用对减少稀土用量、提高稀土永磁磁性材料性能有重要意义。研究人员通过化学热分解法将纳米材料分别组装、控制纳米尺度、分散、比例等方案,将软、硬磁性相精密控制,实现可控纳米级交换耦合。该研究方案与传统粉末冶金工艺(快淬法、HDDR法)相比具有明显优势。该研究结果对深入研究强磁性起源、纳米交换耦合作用有重要意义。 2、高性能稀土永磁材料制备研究 主要研究合金成分对烧结NdFeB永磁材料微结构、磁性能的影响,解决国内不能生产高磁能积磁体N52(最大磁能积(BH)m达到52MGOe)的重大问题,揭示了该磁体的成分特点和制备工艺参数。同时研究了速凝及脱氢制备工艺对材料显微组织、磁性能、力学性能的影响。 3、高工作温度磁性催化剂研究 苯选择加氢法制环己烯原料充足、经济效益高、无废弃物污染。但是,由于环己烯是苯加氢的中间产物,很容易继续加氢生成环己烷。因此,为提高环己烯的选择性,开发适合的催化剂和催化手段是苯选择加氢的关键。
