一、个人情况
张珂,女,1988.01.10,河南省泌阳县人,理学博士,讲师。
主要从事生态化学计量学和荒漠系统恢复生态学的研究。所做研究主要包括:阿拉善荒漠生态系统植物-土壤碳、氮、磷化学计量特征研究;柠条生长及化学计量特征对外源氮、磷添加的响应研究;不同林龄梭梭化学计量特征及其对土壤恢复影响的研究;河西走廊荒漠生态系统植物-土壤化学计量特征研究。结果发现:1)阿拉善荒漠生态系统主要受N 限制、河西走廊荒漠草地生态系统则主要受P 限制、随人工梭梭林龄的增加,梭梭生长由N 限制变为P 限制;2)受植被类型及土壤质地的影响,河西走廊荒漠草地土壤C、N、P 含量较低,且更趋于表层化分布;3)降雨量随经度的再分配,温度随海拔高度的再分配是影响河西走廊荒漠草地土壤C、N、P 化学计量特征的重要因素,且随干旱程度的递增,土壤C、N、P含量及C:N:P均降低。相关研究成果分别发表在Journal of Soils and Sediments、Ecological Restoration、Journal of Arid Land、Journal of Plant Research、生态学报和中国沙漠。

研究领域
生态化学计量学(Ecological stoichiometry),揭示生态系统限制因子;荒漠系统恢复生态学,主要研究藻结皮对土壤养分的贡献及机制;土壤重金属污染修复,主要研究生物方法对土壤重金属铅、镉污染的修复作用及机制。
