1981年-1985年在上海交通大学材料科学与工程学系学习,获得工学学士学位 1988年9月-1994年3月在浙江大学材料科学与工程学系学习,获得工学硕士、博士学位 1998年1月-2000年1月获日本学术振兴会(JSPS)基金,任日本广岛大学工学部研究员 2000年1月-现在浙江大学材料科学与工程学系任教,2000年7月被评为教授;2001年1月被评为博士生导师;2016年被评为浙江大学求是教授
