1984年浙江师范大学物理系毕业获学士学位 1986年北京钢铁学院(现改名北京科技大学)金属物理系毕业获硕士学位 1991年德国萨尔大学材料系毕业获博士学位 1991年至1992年德国萨尔大学博士后 1993年至1994年英国利物浦大学客座研究员 1994年至1996年丹麦技术大学教授助理 1996年至2003年丹麦技术大学副教授 2004年到浙江大学材料系任教授、博导,长期从事高性能金属材料与微结构关联性方面的科学研究
