个人简介

2008年本科毕业于浙江大学物理系,2013年博士毕业于浙江大学物理系凝聚态物理专业,并于同年前往美国内布拉斯加大学林肯分校机械与材料工程学系Jinsong Huang课题组从事博士后研究工作,主要研究方向为有机无机杂化钙钛矿光电子器件。2012年曾入选中国优秀博士生代表团前往德国林岛参加第62届“诺贝尔获奖者大会”。2018年加入浙江大学材料科学与工程学院及硅材料国家重点实验室担任研究员职务。

研究领域

近年来的主要研究方向为有机无机杂化钙钛矿单晶及薄膜材料的光电特性及其器件应用。主要研究成果包括首次合成了厘米尺度的碘基钙钛矿单晶,并证实了其高于多晶薄膜材料两个数量级的载流子扩散长度;通过材料界面缺陷态的调控,制备了高增益,低噪声及窄带响应的钙钛矿光探测器;首次定量表征了钙钛矿单晶中的光子循环效率,揭示了其具有超长的载流子扩散长度的本质原因。
