研究领域

一、新型二维异质结构电子特性的理论研究 (Theoretical Study on Electronic Properties of New Two-Dimensional Heterostructures) 利用第一性原理计算新型二维材料异质结构的电子特性,探究不同材料之间电子转移情况,设计具有高效率低散耗的电子器件模型 二、自旋电子学器件模拟 (Spintronics Device Simulation) 以二维材料为研究对象,探究边界态对二维材料的输运特性的调控作用,利用不同二维材料构筑可实现自旋极化的电子学器件。
