研究领域

一、热电材料制备及性能优化 Bi基热电材料(Bi2Te3,BiCuSeO)的制备及电热输运机制研究;开发设计不同温区的新型热电材料,探索其性能优值;研究热电材料的结构/性能关系。 二、超高压物性优化 研究半导体和金属基材料在超高压下的电声传输机制,及其宏观物性变化规律;研究高压调控对材料电、热、磁学性能影响,以及亚稳态、晶体结构、能带结构的可控调制;设计稳定的高压实验腔体。 三、廉价氧还原电催化剂的制备及性能调控 以非贵金属掺杂碳基材料为主,进行高效廉价氧还原电催化剂的制备及性能提升;研究电催化剂的构效关系及其传输机制。 主要教学工作
