个人简介
主要从事无机光致发光材料,Ge/Si量子材料方向的研究开发工作。2014年7月获昆明理工大学工学博士学位(材料学专业/光电功能材料研究方向)。近年来主持云南省应用基础研究计划面上项目一项(10.0万),云南省教育厅一般项目一项(2015Y006,1.0万),云南大学校理工项目一项(2014CG006,1.0万),参与973前期专项(2011CB211708,60万)﹑国家自然科学基金(61307111,23万;51272097,80万;61265004,49万;51002068,20万;11564043,54万)﹑省部级基金等多项项目研究,发表SCI/EI收录论文50余篇,获授权专利3项。
