个人简介

2012年6月于电子科技大学获得硕士学位,并被推选为四川省优秀毕业生。2012年7月起进入中科院上海微系统所工作,期间在职获得微电子与固体电子专业的博士学位(刘正新研究员),主要从事高效晶硅异质结太阳电池材料与器件的研究及产业化推进。近年来主持或承担了多项高效晶硅异质结太阳电池的科研项目,取得了一系列具有国际影响力的成果,已录用或发表SCI期刊论文14篇,EI论文3篇,学会论文5篇,其中25th PVSEC国际会议获最佳论文奖;26th PVSEC国际会议任高效晶硅太阳电池分会主席。申请国家发明专利6项,授权4项。
