卢忠远，男，博士，教授，博士生导师，西南科技大学副校长，四川省非金属复合与功能材料重点实验室-省部共建国家重点实验室主任，教育部高等学校教学指导委员会无机非金属材料专业教学指导分委员会委员，中国硅酸盐学会水泥原料与废渣利用专业委员会主任，四川省学术和技术带头人，国务院特殊津贴获得者，四川省有突出贡献的优秀专家，四川省水泥协会副理事长，中国交通协会新材料专业委员会常务理事。
