研究领域

主要从事钛合金、钛铝基合金等高温钛材料熔炼、铸造及凝固组织控制方面的研究。 (1) 通过受控冷却方法,研究钛铝合金的凝固及冷却过程中的显微组织演化及相变行为,为精细化调控钛铝合金组织结构提供理论依据; (2) 开展钛铝基合金在不同条件下的组织热稳性及力学性能相关性研究,为合金在未来服役条件下的组织性能控制提供理论指导; (3) 采用悬浮熔炼-反重力铸造技术,制备钛及钛铝基合金复杂薄壁构件,对高温钛材料反重力铸造工艺、合金缺陷及尺寸精度控制、组织调控、后处理等方面开展研究; (4) 开展冷坩埚定向凝固理论与技术研究,制备出高洁净、工业级尺寸、定向组织及力学性能优良的钛铝基合金坯锭。
