个人简介
雷天民,教授,博士生导师。IEEE EDS、中国物理学会和中国电子学会会员,《中国物理快报》、《物理学报》、《中国物理B》、《半导体学报》、《光子学报》、《功能材料与器件》、ELSEVIER系列期刊和国内十余所高校学报特约审稿人。1982年元月大学毕业并在西安理工大学工作二十余年,先后担任应用物理系主任、电子工程系主任等职。1998年在香港科技大学物理系作访问学者,1999年获工学博士学位,2006年获“西安理工大学教学名师”称号。到西电工作后,先后任技术物理学院院长助理、材料科学与工程系主任等职,2012年获西安电子科技大学“师德标兵”称号。现供职于先进材料与纳米科技学院。
研究领域
1)电子材料计算与物性预测;2)纳米材料制备与表征:3)新型半导体器件设计与仿真。
