个人简介

Sankar Nair,天津工业大学特聘教授,美国佐治亚理工学院化工与生物分子工程学院教授,James F. Simons 研究成员(Faculty Fellow),主要从事纳孔材料和膜的新型制备方法、膜传质分离机理、膜过程在化工能源领域的工程应用等前沿领域,涉及清洁能源、先进分离、碳捕捉和纳米传感等领域具有挑战性的问题。申请人的研究得到美国联邦政府、企业界和其他研究基金大力支持,自2004年起受资助金额超过1.1千万美元;发表高水平研究论文100多篇,其中1篇发表在Science上,1篇发表在Nature Communication上,1篇发表在Nature Materials上,多篇发表在ACS Nano,Nano Letters,Angewandte Chemie International Edition和Journal of American Chemical Society等高水平期刊上,研究论文总被引次数达4556次,H-index为39;授权专利8项,申请9项;受美国科学院、美国国家实验室、企业界等邀请参加100余次会议和研讨会;获得美国国家科学基金会CAREER奖、美国化工协会FRI/John Kunesh奖、佐治亚理工杰出青年科学家奖;化工领域最有影响力期刊Chemical Engineering Science(化学工程科学)期刊执行主编。
