研究领域
Biochemistry and Biophysics
Combined solid-state NMR and biophysical methods are used to characterize the chemical compositions and structures of complex biological solids. Some of research interests include i) structural characterization of antimicrobial cyclic peptide binding sites in Gram-positive pathogens, S. aureus and E. faecalis, ii) compositional analysis of extracellular matrices of bacterial cell surface, and iii) carbon-flux analysis for lipid biosynthesis in green alga Chlamydomonas reinhardtii.
