2016.09 –至今 南京工业大学,先进化学制造研究院(IAS),教授 2015.03 – 2016.08 新加坡国立大学(NUS),研究员 2014.10 – 2015.02 新加坡南洋理工大学 (NTU),助理研究员 2010.08 – 2014.08 新加坡南洋理工大学 (NTU),博士 2007.09 – 2010.06 苏州大学,硕士 2003.09 – 2007.06 苏州大学,学士 主要学术成绩 吴晓进教授近几年的研究成果主要集中于(1)惰性双键的选择性官能化反应研究及其在药物合成中的应用。(2)新型有机光电材料的设计合成与应用。近年来共发表SCI 论文 14 篇,其中近五年在国际著名刊物如J. Am. Chem. Soc. (影响因子:14.357) 发表封面论文 1 篇,Angew. Chem. Int. Ed. (影响因子:11.709) 发表论文 3 篇,ACS Catal. (影响因子:12.221) 发表论文 1 篇, Org. Lett. (影响因子:6.555) 发表论文 1 篇,Chem. Commun. (影响因子:6.567) 发表论文 2 篇,Chem. Eur. J. (影响因子:5.771) 发表论文 2 篇。其中多篇文章被Synfact,Synform收录讨论,研究成果被编入《有机人名反应,试剂与规则(第二版)》参考书中,同时成功申请发明专利四项。其他各项原创性研究课题都在顺利进行中,部分成果已经在投稿中。2015年获得CRC Press Chemistry Achievement Award,2016年成功申请到国家自然科学基金青年基金项目和江苏省自然科学基金青年基金项目,并于2017年入选江苏省“双创博士”。

研究领域

主要集中于过渡金属催化的新型有机反应的设计、机理研究以及在药物合成中的应用,目前重点研究钯催化下的新型自由基反应和惰性双键的官能化反应;同时,基于有机合成方法学的研究背景,设计合成新型的有机光电功能材料及探讨其在材料工程上的应用,重点研究具有自由基性质的有机材料。
