教育背景 1996-2000 兰州大学化学系基地班,本科。 2000-2005 兰州大学化学系有机化学专业硕博连读,师从中国科学院院士涂永强教授。 2005-2008 美国明尼苏达大学化学系,后转至威斯康星大学麦迪逊分校药学院博士后,师从Richard. 研究领域

长期致力于有机硅功能分子的高效创制及应用研究,并形成了 “偕二硅” 和 “硅杂环”两个系统的研究方向。在“偕二硅”的研究中,“硅”被作为合成工具,通过将Si–C键转化为C–C键,从而解决“碳”化学无法解决或解决不好的合成问题;在“硅杂环”的研究中,“硅”被作为物质核心,通过将Si–C键转化为新的Si–C键,从而合成含硅药物等研发所需的、但尚缺有效方法的硅杂环。 (1)偕二硅 ①发展了偕二硅通用、高效的合成方法,开发了手性偕二硅烯丙基等20余种偕二硅合成子。②发展了偕二硅Prins 环化等20类反应方法学,实现了Si–C键向C–C键的一系列新颖转化,系统地揭示了偕二硅独特的“二硅协同作用机制”。③集成应用所发展的偕二硅反应方法学,解决了明星海洋天然药物草苔虫素中吡喃环高效构建的难题,实现了草苔虫素-8的首次全合成。 (2)硅杂环 ①发展了结构新颖、稳定易得的1,3-氮硅和螺环丁两类有机硅试剂。②发展了的扩环和环化两类成环策略,实现了一系列“Si–C键活化”驱动的Si–C键高效构建,多样性地合成了硅氮杂环、硅碳六元环、手性硅杂螺环等在含硅药物和材料分子研发中具有应用价值的硅杂环平台分子。③实现了抗抑郁活性比母体更强的硅代天然产物(-)-sila-mesembranol的首次全合成。
