研究领域

娄筱叮教授长期以来围绕复杂生物样本,在多功能聚集体设计及应用方面取得了创新性成果:1) 空间维度上,针对多细胞器异质性等问题,提出逐级递送多肽/聚集基元组装新策略;2) 效率维度上,针对肿瘤易转移等问题,发展多基元先共价结合再刺激分离的“一分为N”新方法;3) 时间维度上,针对不同细胞周期肿瘤标志物表达差异,开发同步后分析的端粒酶分周期提取及检测新技术。
