研究领域

1. 低维纳米材料合成及其在光解水制氢研究; 2. 新纳米结构的表面等离激元共振; 3. 离子注入法制备金属和半导体纳米材料与改性研究; 4. 离子束精确掺杂低维纳米器件及原位性能研究; 5. 抗辐照材料。
