个人简介

华东理工大学教授，博士生导师，上海市教委曙光学者(2006年)，教育部新世纪优秀人才支持计划学者(2007年)，上海市科委优秀学科带头人(2011年)；生物反应器工程国家重点实验室副主任，微分析和生物系统工程研究室主任；中国生物医药协会生物芯片委员会委员，中国仪器仪表学会分析仪器分会第六届化学传感器专业委员会委员，全国生化检测标准化技术委员会委员，上海市生物信息学学会理事；Biotechnology & Applied Biochemistry期刊副主编，Biotechnology Journal编委。

研究领域

(A) 合成生物学及智能生物系统设计解析微生物细胞与培养环境（宿主细胞）的信息和物质传递机制，设计微生物细胞内传感、记忆、反馈调控及不同代谢模块耦合等生物调控回路，开展微生物转录调控、翻译后修饰、合成生物工程研究（工业微生物及病原微生物）；开展智能生物系统设计研究，如构建内源信号感知的基因调控分子机器、工程化益生菌智能感应及原位诊疗体系等。 (B) 生物分析及生物传感研究生物分析及生物传感高灵敏新方法的基础理论和应用研究（临床诊断、食品安全及环境检测）。如基于生物芯片方法新型高通量分析技术平台及仪器开发；纳米生物分析技术及微流控生物传感系统设计；细胞内活性分子原位分析新方法研究；血液循环核酸的高效富集、检测方法研究等。
