华东理工大学教授,博士生导师,上海市教委曙光学者(2006年),教育部新世纪优秀人才支持计划学者(2007年),上海市科委优秀学科带头人(2011年);生物反应器工程国家重点实验室副主任,微分析和生物系统工程研究室主任;中国生物医药协会生物芯片委员会委员,中国仪器仪表学会分析仪器分会第六届化学传感器专业委员会委员,全国生化检测标准化技术委员会委员,上海市生物信息学学会理事;Biotechnology & Applied Biochemistry期刊副主编,Biotechnology Journal编委。

研究领域

(A) 合成生物学及智能生物系统设计 解析微生物细胞与培养环境(宿主细胞)的信息和物质传递机制,设计微生物细胞内传感、记忆、反馈调控及不同代谢模块耦合等生物调控回路,开展微生物转录调控、翻译后修饰、合成生物工程研究(工业微生物及病原微生物);开展智能生物系统设计研究,如构建内源信号感知的基因调控分子机器、工程化益生菌智能感应及原位诊疗体系等。 (B) 生物分析及生物传感研究 生物分析及生物传感高灵敏新方法的基础理论和应用研究(临床诊断、食品安全及环境检测)。如基于生物芯片方法新型高通量分析技术平台及仪器开发;纳米生物分析技术及微流控生物传感系统设计;细胞内活性分子原位分析新方法研究;血液循环核酸的高效富集、检测方法研究等。
