个人简介
刘铎,男,湖南人,1973年4月出生。1995年本科毕业于中国科学技术大学材料科学与工程系;1998年获中国科学技术大学凝聚态物理硕士学位;2004年毕业于美国得克萨斯休斯敦大学机械工程系,获材料工程博士学位,2004-2006年于休斯敦大学从事博士后研究工作。
2006年回国到山东大学晶体材料国家重点实验室工作。目前主要从事的科研领域包括宽带隙半导体材料及器件,铁电材料学,图形化结构,高性能悬臂梁传感器等。目前已经在国际期刊发表论文近50篇,包括:Journal of Physical Chemistry Letters, Applied Physics Letters, Journal ofPhysical Chemistry C, Journal of Materials Chemistry, CrysEngComm等期刊。2篇论文入选美国物理研究所及美国物理协会的VirtualJournal of Nanoscale Science & Technology,1篇论文被AIP网站Highlight并入选Most Read Article,1篇论文被Advanced in Engineering Highlight,1篇论文入选CryEngComm月度照片,受邀撰写学术专著章节1篇,论文引用达到400余次,个人H-Index为12,获得授权专利6项,申请国际发明专利1项。
研究领域
表面图形化结构的制备方法及其对光电转换器件性能的影响机理、调控和制备方法研究。研究重点集中在半导体材料表面的加工技术,目前已经成功开发了激光直写、激光腐蚀、纳米压痕、干涉腐蚀、等离激元等一系列技工方法。
铁电晶体材料的制备及其缺陷结构的光电性能、带结构、缺陷结构特征及其调控方法。利用铁电材料中丰富的点缺陷和位错等结构特征,实现其光学和电学性质的调控及原位测量技术开发,在传统铁电物理学基础上建立相应理论模型,指导铁电材料和器件的设计和开发。
高性能悬臂梁传感器的开发和应用。研究目标为利用各种光电激发、测量技术开发出具有自主知识产权的悬臂梁测量方法和技术,实现质量、力学、光学、电学等外部信号的高灵敏度、高分辨率,高速度测量。
