个人简介
李志刚,男,1978年生,汉族,党员。2008年毕业于中国科学院固体物理研究所,获博士学位。主要从事纳米材料的有序合成,及其磁、电等相关性能研究工作的经验,相关工作JPCC、Nanoscale、JPCB、APL等国际著名刊物发表SCI论文30多篇,影响因子大于3的文章有12篇。申请发明专利3项,授权2项。主持国家自然基金1项,中国国家博士后基金1项,浙江省自然基金1项,主持及参与其它包括国家自然基金在内的各类纵横向课题6项。获浙江省自然科学学术奖二等奖和三等奖各1项。
研究领域
1、纳米材料可控合成:基于二维胶体晶体模板,合成各类形态、尺寸可控的金属及半导体纳米阵列。
2、磁性功能材料及应用:主要研究磁性纳米这列材料在磁存储、反常霍尔器件等。
