个人简介

1989年在成都科技大学应用物理系获理学学士学位； 1992年在电子科技大学材料科学与工程系获工学硕士学位； 1994年在四川大学高温高压与原子分子物理所获理学博士学位。留校工作后，1995年破格晋升副教授，2000年晋升教授。

研究领域

电子材料与元器件，生物材料，超硬材料，主要涉及金刚石膜、透明陶瓷材料、生物传感器材料等。
