研究领域
电子显微学-原位电子显微学,纳米材料的结构和物性关联表征。研究内容包括
1) 表征单个纳米材料(半导体纳米线,碳纳米管和石墨烯等)结构和物性之间的关联,即对纳米材料结构表征的同时,研究其物理性能(电学特性、力学性能等),揭示两者之间的关联
2) 研究纳米材料主要是轻元素材料高能电子束辐照条件下缺陷的形成迁移和演变等动力学过程,及相关的物理机制探索
3) 利用多种电子显微术(球差矫正高分辨显微术,球差矫正扫描透射显微技术以及波函数重构技术等)实现对单个轻元素原子(碳,氮,硼等)的原子分辨成像
4) 原位观测纳米结构的生长过程及相关机制的物理解释
5)利用高能电子束辐照等原位技术,实现新型纳米结构的可控制备和结构调制。
