Daniel Francois is an Instructor in the Bachelor of Hospitality and Tourism Management Program. He received his Diploma of Vocational Studies from the Hotel Business Organizations-Cuisine, Min. of Education from the Academy of Nancy Mets, France, and is an Executive Chef de Cuisine.
