Dr. Christine Leong joined the College of Pharmacy in 2013 as an Assistant Professor. She received her Bachelor of Science in 2006 and her Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy in 2010 at the University of Manitoba. In 2012, she completed her Doctor of Pharmacy degree at the University of Toronto. After graduating from the Doctor of Pharmacy program, she worked as an Adult Inpatients Pharmacist at the Health Sciences Centre. She also acted as preceptor to pharmacy students and provided continuing education presentations to pharmacists, residents, and physicians. Dr. Leong obtained her Professional Interest Certificate in Pharmacoepidemiology at McGill in 2014. Dr. Leong also received a District V NABP/AACP Study Grant in 2014 and her research received recognition at the Canadian Psychiatric Association Conference and International Conference of Pharmacoepidemiology in 2015.
