研究领域
(1)负系数材料:功能材料的反常力学、热学系数特性(负泊松比,负压缩系数及热膨胀系数)和机理研究;
(2)电子功能材料:铁性体(铁磁体,铁弹体,铁电体)和多铁性体等功能氧化物薄膜的外延生长,多尺度模拟以及相关畴结构和介电,热释电,压电,铁电和多铁等特性的研究与调控;
