个人简介
Jas Jawanda is a coordinator and lecturer in the Canadian Pharmacy Practice Programme (CP3) at the Faculty of Pharmaceutical Sciences at UBC. Jas completed a bachelor of science in pharmacy at UBC in 2006. After graduating, he worked as a community pharmacist and served as interim coordinator of Health Canada’s Canadian Adverse Reaction Monitoring Program.
Jas returned to UBC in 2007, first as a pharmacist teaching assistant in the Faculty's professional practice lab and then as a teaching assistant for CP3. Prior to assuming his current role, he served as lecturer and coordinator in the Office of Experiential Education (2011-2016). Jas continues to work in the community as a relief pharmacist.
Jas’ teaching areas of interest include community service learning, preceptor development, social media material development, personal development, and mentorship.
