B.Sc. Honours (University of Calgary) M.Sc.(Dalhousie University) PhD (University of Calgary) Carol completed a BSc in Biological Sciences (University of Calgary), an MSc in Anatomy and Neurobiology (Dalhousie University) and a PhD in Developmental Neuroscience (University of Calgary), focusing her studies on heat shock proteins and pattern formation in the cerebellum. After receiving her doctorate, Carol moved to California for post-doctoral studies at the Salk Institute for Biological Studies (La Jolla, CA). She spent five years as an Assistant Professor at the Ontario Veterinary College in Guelph, ON before moving to Mt. Royal in 2010. Carol teaches human anatomy, histology, embryology and reproductive physiology in addition to running a developmental neurobiology research lab.
