研究领域

Research in my lab focuses on plant biodiversity – its origin, maintenance, and extinction. My research interests aim to determine how competitive and facilitative interactions within plant communities can lead to increased (or decreased) diversity within angiosperms. Using experimental and/or comparative phylogenetic approaches, I primarily investigate how pollination and sexual systems influence speciation and/or extinction rates.
