个人简介
学历：
1994－1998：武汉交通科技大学（现武汉理工大学）机械工程专业，获工学博士学位，并获“2002年全国（百篇）优秀博士学位论文”。
1985－1988：武汉大学物理系固体物理专业学习，获理学硕士学位；
1979－1983：武汉大学物理系金属物理专业学习，获理学学士学位；
主要工作经历：
2001－现在：武汉大学物理科学与技术学院工作，教授（二级）；
2015.05： 台湾国立雲林科技大学人文与科学学院材料科技研究所 客座教授；
1999－2001：美国肯塔基大学工学院CRMS中心访问研究；
1997：日本参加“钢材加工と加工特性”研修班学习；
1983－2001：武汉理工大学（原武汉交通科技大学）船舶机械工程系工作，1998年5月晋升教授，1999年1月被交通部遴选为博士生导师、交通部跨世纪学术带头人，先后担任教研室主任和系副主任等职。
多次赴美国、日本、瑞典、新西兰、澳大利亚、法国、印度、新加坡、韩国、俄罗斯、香港、台湾等国家和地区进行合作研究和参加国际学术会议。
