研究领域

本实验室以结构生物学以及生物化学微生物学等技术手段致力于在分子水平上阐明重要病原微生物的关键代谢过程以及信号传导系统中相关蛋白质的结构与功能,为新型抗感染药物的研发提供必要的结构基础。同时与国家重点实验室其他课题组合作,系统地测定工业微生物中具有重要应用价值的酶的三维结构,并共同完成酶的理性改造。具体研究内容如下: 1.病原微生物铁代谢的分子机制; 2.病原与宿主以及与其他微生物相互作用的分子机制 3.病原菌生物膜形成与耐药性的分子机制
