个人简介

Manzar Saberi received her B.Sc. in chemistry, and M.Sc. and Ph.D. in Organic chemistry. Her research interests are focused on synthesis of stereospecific polymers and isolation and identification of biologically active organic compounds from plant sources. She taught different graduate and undergraduate chemistry courses, including Advanced Heterocyclic chemistry, Advanced organic chemistry reactions and mechanism, polymer chemistry, natural product chemistry, and different undergraduate organic chemistry courses before joining MacEwan University. Prior to joining MacEwan university, she served as a chair of science at the Occupational Health and Safety Institution in Tehran, Iran, and associate professor in the chemistry department at National University of Iran, Tehran. She Joined MacEwan University in the fall of 1999. She also served in different faculty association committees over the past years.
