个人简介
Education
Ph.D Biological Crystallography (1993) from University Paris XI - Institut Pasteur Paris
Professional Experience
I have been trained in biochemistry and macromolecular crystallography at the Institut Pasteur in Paris, FRANCE during my Ph.D. and also during a post-doctoral stay (1995-1996). After a training period in Washington University in St Louis (MO, USA) (1994), I joined the ESRF-EMBL Joint-Structural Biology group in Grenoble, FRANCE, where I spent the last five years (1997-2001) as a staff scientist.
研究领域
My main Research Interests concern the determination of the three-dimensional structures of proteins and how these relate to their functions. To this end, I use a combination of biochemical and X-ray crystallographic methods. My research is focused on proteins with immunological interest like viral proteins, antibodies and their complexes.
