研究领域
My main area of research is in the development of mathematical models to simulate the spread of livestock and zoonotic diseases. I have a particular interest in the targeting of control in the event of an outbreak to minimise the spread of disease.
Areas of Expertise:
Mathematical modelling of infectious diseases
Infectious disease control
Model ftting and parameter estimation
Cross-scale modelling of infectious diseases
