The project was a collaboration between SHTAC, Primary Care and Population Sciences and Southampton Education School. He is also a co-investigator of a Leverhulme Trust funded research project investigating the long-term impact of initial teacher education to promote health and well-being.
Jonathan is a Trial Steering Group member of the NIHR Public Health Research programme-funded randomised controlled trial ‘INCLUSIVE trial: Initiating change locally in bullying and aggression through the school environment’, co-ordinated by University College London.
Jonathan also regularly peer-reviews for academic journals in health and has acted as an external examiner on PhDs in public health.
