个人简介

Lynn Calman is Senior Research Fellow in Macmillan Survivorship Research Group [MSRG] in the Faculty of Health Sciences at the University of Southampton. She works as part of the Macmillan funded MSRG research programme, and associated projects, designed to inform the development of more efficient and effective services to support survivors and enhance their recovery. Lynn has a particular interest in lung cancer survivorship. The team work closely with people affected by cancer as Research Partners in the development and conduct of research projects. Lynn has a background in adult and mental health nursing.

Survivorship and self management research following cancer treatment - understanding self management of cancer related problems and developing interventions to support self management. Methodological expertise: Development and evaluation of complex interventions, grounded theory, survey methods, impact evaluation/case studies, systematic reviewing, clinical trials and service user involvement in research.
