个人简介

After gaining a BSc (Hons) Applied Science and Forensic Investigation in 2003, I completed PGDip Radiotherapy and Oncology at Sheffield Hallam University In Practice in 2007. After working as a Therapy Radiographer for a short time, I took up a post as a Dosimetrist in Treatment Planning where I worked clinically until 2012. Since then I have completed an MSc Treatment Planning and worked at Sheffield Hallam as a Senior Lecturer in Radiotherapy and Oncology. I am currently writing up a doctoral study which investigated decision making in image guided radiotherapy.

Clinical Reasoning in Image Guided Radiotherapy: An Observational Study An investigation into the clinical decision-making processes used by Therapeutic Radiographers when using Image Guided Radiotherapy. The study observed 13 participants reviewing CBCT images using an observational technique known as Think Aloud. The observations were followed up with semi-structured interviews.
