山东大学本科及研究生毕业,中国科学院上海光学精密机械研究所博士,韩国先进科学技术研究院、韩国浦项理工大学及香港理工大学博士后和研究员。

研究领域

在纳米材料、薄膜材料及半导体领域有多年的研究经历,在晶体管、存储器、太阳能电池及超级电容器等信息能源材料有原创性研究及发现。
