Dr Claudia E Henninger is Lecturer in Fashion Marketing Management and teaches a number of units at BSc and MSc level in the School of Materials relating to fashion marketing, online marketing, consumer behavior, and sustainability. Claudia E. Henninger studied Business and European Studies with a one-year industrial marketing internship at the University of the West of England in Bristol, UK. She obtained an MSc in International Management from Sheffield University Management School, where she received a distinction on her Group Dissertation, which focused on ‘Steel City Branding: International Comparison of the City Branding Process, A multiple Case Study Approach of Sheffield, UK and Essen, Germany’. Claudia gained her PhD from the University of Sheffield in 2015, which focused on ‘Corporate Identity in the Context of the UK’s Green Slow-Fashion Industry and Micro-Organisations’. Claudia has volunteered to review E-Child, an online course financed by the European Union that focuses on ‘enabling designers to match product innovation needs for children’s product industry’. She also has industry experience in the marketing sector in various countries.
