个人简介

沈文忠,教授,博士生导师,长江学者,国家杰出青年基金获得者。1968年5月生,1995年6月在中国科学院上海技术物理研究所获博士学位。1999年9月起任上海交通大学物理与天文系教授、博士生导师,2007年1月起担任上海交通大学太阳能研究所所长。兼任中国可再生能源学会常务理事、上海市太阳能学会理事长、国际PVSEC (International Photovoltaic Science and Engineering Conference) Advisory Committee Member、《太阳能光伏》主编。主要从事新型硅基太阳电池研发和光电子器件物理研究工作。在国际一流SCI收录学术刊物上发表高水平学术论文200多篇,已被他人引用超过4000次;出版学术专著1部(《硅基异质结太阳电池物理与器件》,39.6万字,科学出版社,2014),主编学术专著1部(《太阳能光伏技术与应用》,86.4万字,上海交通大学出版社,2013)。
