个人简介

张晗,深圳大学光电工程学院,教授,博导。首届国家“优青”、基金委重点项目负责人(2015年)、深圳市创新团队负责人(2015年)、深圳市青年科技奖获得者(2017年)、全球高被引科学家(2018年)等。兼任民盟中央委员、广东省政协委员、深圳市政协委员、《Photonics Research》等多个SCI期刊副主编/专题主编、中国激光青年编委会秘书长等职务。1984年出生于黄冈市,2006年武汉大学材料物理理学学士学位,2010年新加坡南洋理工大学微电子工学学士博士学位,2013年受聘深圳大学教授。 教育经历 2007,01- 2010,10新加坡南洋理工大学,微电子专业,工学博士 2002,09- 2006,07中国武汉大学,材料物理专业,理学学士 工作经历 2013,4—至今 深圳大学,光电工程学院,教授,博导 2010—2012比利时布鲁塞尔自由大学,博士后 获奖 [1] 2012年 国家自然科学基金委“优秀青年基金”,国家级 [2] 2011年 教育部“新世纪优秀人才计划”,国家级 [3] 2010年 教育部优秀自费留学生奖学金, 部级 [4] 2006年 电场中阵列碳纳米管生长机理的研究,优秀学士学位论文,湖北省一等奖
