个人简介
After earning a PhD from the U of Alberta in GI physiology, I did a post-doc at the MD Anderson Cancer Center in Houston Texas in colon carcinogenesis. After coming to Queen’s to earn a BEd, I taught in both the public and separate school systems in the area for 10 years (so have now taught all ages from pre-K to graduate). Currently, I have a part-time appointment as a teaching adjunct instructing IDIS150 (to nurses); PHGY214: PHGY350: some MEDS; supervising BCHM teaching labs; and have taught PHGY210 (online). Teaching interests include promoting the development of learning skills and using technology to enhance learning.
