个人简介
Liping joined Swansea University as a lecturer in January 2017. She did her PhD at the University of Warwick and her MSc in Audiology from the University of Southampton. She was focusing on the project of learning to ignore the interferer: monitoring and improving vocoded speech intelligibility in challenging listening conditions. She also had been engaged in research on evaluation of cochlear implant SPARSE strategy with simulated cochlear implant users during her previous studies.
Her research interests are mainly in auditory processing disorder in hearing impaired people, evaluation of hearing assistant tools (i.e. hearing aids; cochlear implants), speech perceptual learning and auditory training in hearing impaired people.
