个人简介
I am currently working as an Improvement Science Fellow sponsored by the Health Foundation. My research is looking at the design of patient care pathways using improvement techniques originating from other sectors.
Prior to the fellowship I was a lecturer in Logistics and Operations Management with Cardiff Business School, Cardiff University. From 2007 to 2010 I was a senior member of the Clinical Systems Improvement team at Warwick University’s Medical School. Whilst at Warwick I assisted in the development of a number of national healthcare improvement programmes and designed and delivered postgraduate modules in clinical systems improvement.
