Professor Steven Edwards was born in Salford, and trained as a Psychiatric Nurse. After completing his training, Steven studied philosophy at Manchester University. Having taken up a post at Swansea University in 1995, Steven is part of the Philosophy and Ethics in Health Care team. Professor Edwards research is primarily focussed on Philosophy and Ethics in healthcare.
He has also completed a BA in Welsh from The University of Wales, Trinity St David and enjoys cycling and football.
