个人简介

I obtained a degree in Natural Sciences (Zoology) in Italy and completed a PhD in Behavioural Ecology at the University of Bristol, UK. Still in Bristol, I held a postdoctoral position in Animal Welfare but then moved to scientific publishing coordinating a new journal for the British Ecological Society. I currently hold a Back to Science Fellowship in the School of Life Sciences, University of Lincoln. The fellowship aims to kick start academic careers after an extended parental leave or other career break. My research project aims to shed light on the role of the insect egg micropyle in sperm morphological evolution for the first time. My past work has included the behavioural and population ecology of urban red foxes in Bristol and roe deer ecology in Italy.
