Advanced delivery and targeting of drugs & bioactive molecules using liposomes, niosomes and other lipid and polymer based particulate systems. Formulation of therapeutic peptides and proteins for oral delivery. Formulation of vaccines including conventional, sub-unit and DNA vaccines using non-viral systems and other particulate adjuvants. Development of polymer based nanoparticles and trigger responsive gels for ophthalmic delivery.
